For middle-tier categorical industrial users, the POTW may reduce the requirement to report to no less frequently than once a year, unless required more frequently in the pretreatment standard or by the Approval Authority. A facility determined to be an NSCIU must annually submit a certification statement in addition to any other alternative report required by the POTW.",
