For WARM's purposes, a PC is composed of a CPU, consisting of housing (mostly steel) and internal electronic components, and a cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor, consisting of the CRT, plastic case, and circuit boards. The peripheral equipment (e.g., keyboards, external cables, printers) are not included in WARM's analysis.
