Pervious Paving

Pavement composed of a permeable pavement material, which allows distributed infiltration into the underlying soil. There may also be an underlying stone reservoir that temporarily stores the surface runoff before it infiltrates into the underlying soil. Examples include; porous asphalt, permeable concrete, permeable block pavers.
