1. Any person who holds, or ever held, a registration for a pesticide product issued under FIFRA section 3 or 24(c).

2. Any person who has registered a pesticide pursuant to the provisions of the Act.(s)

3. Person who has obtained registration under the Act of a pesticide or of an establishment.
