Point of waste treatment

Point where a hazardous waste to be treated in accordance with § 265.1083(c)(2) of this subpart exits the treatment process. Any waste determination shall be made before the waste is conveyed, handled, or otherwise managed in a manner that allows the waste to volatilize to the atmosphere.
