Polymeric Resin

For the purposes of this subpart, means a polymer with the following characteristics: The polymer is a block polymer; The manufactured polymer does not require vulcanization to make useful products; The polymer production process is operated to achieve at least 99 percent monomer conversion; and The polymer process unit does not recycle unreacted monomer back to the process.
