Product chemistry
Term · Environment · MLC-T-ENV-022361
1. Applies to data on a product's composition and the physical and chemical characteristics of the active ingredient and products. These data include: (1) information on the starting materials, product, or formulating process; (2) information on possible formation of impurities; (3) results of preliminary analysis of product samples; (5) description of analytical methods to identify and quantify ingredients and validation data for such methods; and (6) information on stability, oxidizing and reducing action, flammability, explodability, storage stability, corrosion, dielectric breakdown voltage, octanol/water partition coefficient, vapor pressure, viscosity, and miscibility of the product.
