Products of incomplete combustion

1. Organic compounds formed by combustion. Usually generated in small amounts and sometimes toxic, PICs are heat-altered versions of the original material fed into the incinerator (e.g. charcoal is a P.I.C. from burning wood).
2. All particles and gases that are emitted from an object at the time it is burning.
