2. Liquefied or compressed gas that is used in whole or in part, such as a co-solvent, to expel a liquid or any other material from the same self-pressurized container or from a separate container.
3. Fuel and oxidizer physically or chemically combined which undergoes combustion to provide rocket propulsion.
