Protectiveness Deferred

This protectiveness determination generally is used when the available information in the FYR report does not provide sufficient data and documentation to conclude that all human and ecological risks are under control and that no unacceptable exposures are occurring. Additional actions are needed in order to determine whether unacceptable risks are occurring.
