Regional judicial officer

1. An attorney at the office of EPA that filed the Complaint who has not performed any prior investigative or prosecutorial functions in connection with the case. As the Presiding Officer, the Regional Judicial Officer is authorized to rule on any Motions filed by the parties at this stage of the proceeding.
2. Person designated by the Regional Administrator under §22.4(b).
