Risk assessment guidance

See http://www.epa.gov/osweroe1/content/rmp/. Facilities are required to submit risk management plans (RMP) to EPA. Risk management plans will be available to State and local governments and citizens to help them understand potential local chemical hazards and take steps to prevent accidents. The risk management program is administered by EPA's Chemical Emergency Preparedness and Prevention Office (CEPPO).
