1. The person who analyzes information from a cleanup/Superfund site to determine if there is the possibility of harm to the local ecosystem.
2. The person or group of people responsible for conducting a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the risk posed to human health and/or the environment by environmental pollutants.
3. Member of team of interdisciplinary group of professionals, responsible for conducting the risk assessment. Includes individuals knowledgeable and experienced in the risk assessment process, provides specific technical expertise, mathematical modeler.
