Solid Fuel

1. Any fuel that is in solid form, such as wood, peat, lignite, coal, and manufactured fuels such as pulverized coal, coke, charcoal, briquettes, pellets, etc.

2. Any solid fossil fuel or biomass or bio-based solid fuel.

3. Wood, refuse, refuse derived fuel, tires, tire-derived fuel, and other solid combustible material (other than coal), including any combination thereof.

4. Fuel that has a definite shape and volume, has no tendency to flow or disperse under moderate stress, and is not liquid or gaseous at ISO conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, coal, biomass, and pulverized solid fuels.
