1. Either:(1) For Group 1 storage vessels complying with § 63.660:(i) An internal floating roof, including an external floating roof converted to an internal floating roof, meeting the specifications of § .1063(a)(1)(i) and (b);(ii) An external floating roof meeting the specifications of 63.1063(a)(1)(ii), (a)(2), and (b); or (iv) A closed-vent system to a control device that reduces organic HAP emissions by 95 percent, or to an outlet concentration of 20 parts per million by volume (ppmv).(v) For purposes of emissions averaging, these four technologies are considered equivalent.(2) For all other storage vessels:(i) An internal floating roof meeting the specifications of § 63.119(b) of subpart G except for § 63.119(b)(5) and (6);(ii) An external floating roof meeting the specifications of § 63.119(c) of subpart G except for § 63.119(c)(2);(iii) An external floating roof converted to an internal floating roof meeting the specifications of § 63.119(d) of subpart G except for § 63.119(d)(2); or(iv) A closed-vent system to a control device that reduces organic HAP emissions by 95 percent, or to an outlet concentration of 20 parts per million by volume.(v) For purposes of emissions averaging, these four technologies are considered equivalent.
2. (1) For Group 1 storage vessels complying with § 63.660: (i) An internal floating roof, including an external floating roof converted to an internal floating roof, meeting the (ii) An external floating roof meeting the specifications of § 63.1063(a)(1)(ii), (a)(2), and (b); or specifications of § 63.1063(a)(1)(i) and (b); (iii) [Reserved] (iv) A closed-vent system to a control device that reduces organic HAP emissions by 95 percent, or to an outlet concentrationof 20 parts per million by volume (ppmv). (v) For purposes of emissions averaging, these four technologies are considered equivalent. (2) For all other storage vessels: (i) An internal floating roof meeting the specifications of § 63.119(b) of subpart G except for § 63.119(b)(5) and (6);
3.
