Tire Rolling Resistance Level

Value with units of kg/metric ton that represents that rolling resistance of a tire configuration. TRRLs are used as inputs to the GEM model under § 1037.520. Note that a manufacturer may assign a value higher than the measured rolling resistance of a tire configuration.
