1. Chemical that causes adverse health effects in domestic water supplies and is toxic to fresh water and marine aquatic life.

2. (TOX-uh-FEEN) A chemical that causes adverse health effects in domestic water supplies and also is toxic to freshwater and marine aquatic life.

3. Material consisting of technical grade chlorinated camphene having the approximate formula of C10 H10 Cl8 and normally containing 67-69 percent chlorine by weight.
