Transmission Pipeline

1. A pipeline that conveys gas from a region where it is produced to a region where it is to be distributed.
2. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission rate-regulated Interstate pipeline, a state rate-regulated Intrastate pipeline, or a pipeline that falls under the “Hinshaw Exemption” as referenced in section 1(c) of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. 717-717 (w)(1994).
