Decigram

A metric unit of mass equal to one-tenth of a gram (0.1 g), with the symbol dg. While a standard decimal subdivision of the gram, it is not frequently used in industrial or commercial settings, where milligrams, grams, and kilograms are the conventional units. There are 10,000 decigrams in one kilogram, the International System of Units base unit for mass.
