Describing a route, road, or area that cannot be traversed by vehicles or pedestrians due to physical obstructions, hazardous conditions, or lack of infrastructure. This condition renders a path impassable, preventing the movement of goods or people. Examples include washed-out bridges, deep snow, or areas with extreme terrain.
