Wide-body

An airliner whose fuselage is wide enough for two passenger aisles, with seven to ten seats abreast in economy and a total capacity of 200 to 850 passengers. Wide-bodies also carry freight in lower-deck containers. The contrast is the narrow-body, a single-aisle airliner seating up to six abreast.
