Breach of an employment contract

A violation of the terms and conditions agreed upon in an employment contract by either the employer or the employee. This can include wrongful termination, failure to pay agreed-upon wages, or violation of non-compete clauses. Employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) policies often provide coverage for claims arising from such breaches, subject to policy exclusions and limits.
