Cash flow return on investments (CFROI)

A valuation model that assesses the economic profitability of a company by comparing its gross cash flow to the gross investment required to generate that cash flow. It measures the return on capital employed, adjusted for inflation and depreciation. CFROI is expressed as a percentage, indicating the annual return generated by the company's assets.
