A senior corporate executive responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating the aggregate internal and external risks faced by an organization. The chief risk officer (CRO) develops and implements the enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures to manage risks across all business units, including financial, operational, and strategic threats.
