Dwelling property coverage forms

Standardized insurance policy forms designed to provide property coverage for residential structures that are not owner-occupied, such as rental properties or vacation homes. These forms, designated DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3, offer varying levels of peril coverage, from basic named perils to open perils. They do not include liability coverage, which must be purchased separately.
