A component of a homeowners insurance policy, known as Coverage F, that pays for minor medical expenses for non-residents injured on the insured's property, regardless of fault. This coverage is intended to address small claims without the need to establish legal liability. Coverage limits are low, for example, between $1,000 and $5,000 per person, and do not apply to the policyholder or regular residents of the household.
