Most favored venue wording

A policy provision in a cyber liability or other professional liability policy that dictates the jurisdiction for resolving legal disputes between the insurer and the insured. This clause specifies a particular court or legal system, usually one favorable to the insurer, where any lawsuits related to the policy must be filed. The provision aims to prevent the policyholder from suing the insurer in a jurisdiction perceived as more plaintiff-friendly.
