Superseded surety rider

An endorsement attached to a new surety bond that extends coverage to acts or omissions that occurred under a prior bond, but were not discovered until after the prior bond's expiration. This rider provides continuous coverage for the obligee, preventing gaps in protection between successive bond periods. It is commonly used with fidelity bonds and other types of financial guarantee bonds.
