Third-party employment practices liability coverage

Insurance protection for an employer against claims of wrongful acts arising from employment practices that affect individuals who are not employees. This includes allegations of discrimination, harassment, or defamation made by customers, vendors, or other non-employees. It extends the scope of standard employment practices liability insurance beyond internal employee claims.
