Vendors dual interest coverage

An insurance provision that protects both a vendor and a purchaser against loss or damage to goods during transit or while in the purchaser's possession. It covers the vendor's financial interest in the goods until the full purchase price is paid, and also the purchaser's interest. This coverage is common in installment sales or lease agreements for high-value items.
