Injunctive relief

A court-ordered remedy that compels a party to perform or cease performing a specific action. This type of relief is sought when monetary damages alone are insufficient to compensate for the harm suffered or to prevent future harm. It is an equitable remedy often granted in cases involving intellectual property, real estate, or contract disputes.
