Air waybill (AWB)

A non-negotiable transport document issued by an air carrier to acknowledge receipt of goods for shipment. An Air Waybill serves as a contract of carriage between the shipper and the carrier, a customs declaration, and a freight bill. It contains details such as the shipper's and consignee's names, origin and destination airports, and a description of the cargo.
