Landing forecast

A specialized, short-term weather forecast issued for an airport, providing expected meteorological conditions for the period of an aircraft's approach and landing. It is appended to a routine aviation weather report (METAR) and is typically valid for two hours. The forecast includes expected changes in wind, visibility, weather phenomena, and clouds, using the code 'TEMPO' for temporary fluctuations or 'BECMG' for a gradual change.
