ADE regimen

  1. An abbreviation for a chemotherapy combination used to treat childhood acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It includes the drugs cytarabine (Ara-C), daunorubicin hydrochloride, and etoposide phosphate. Also called ADE.

  2. A regimen consisting of high-dose cytarabine (Ara-C), daunorubicin and etoposide, that is used for the treatment of pediatric and adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
