BEP regimen

  1. An abbreviation for a chemotherapy combination used to treat ovarian and testicular germ cell tumors. It includes the drugs bleomycin sulfate, etoposide phosphate, and cisplatin (Platinol). Also called BEP.

  2. A regimen consisting of bleomycin, etoposide and cisplatin that may be used for the treatment of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN), malignant sex cord-stromal tumors, ovarian and testicular cancer, including ovarian and testicular germ cell tumors (GCTs).
