An abstract mathematical system for describing colors using numerical coordinates. It provides a way to specify a color within a certain color space by defining its components along several axes. Common examples include RGB (Red, Green, Blue) for digital displays and CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) for printing.
