A color model that describes colors based on their Hue, Saturation, and Brightness components. Hue represents the pure color, saturation indicates the intensity or purity of the color, and brightness defines the lightness or darkness. This model is also known as HSL (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) or HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) in some applications.
