An approach that combines multiple advanced technologies, such as robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and process mining, to automate as many business and IT processes as possible. It aims to augment human capabilities and create a digital workforce that can handle complex, end-to-end operations. Hyperautomation extends beyond simple task automation to encompass discovery, analysis, design, automation, measurement, monitoring, and reassessment.
