Sidebar

A graphical control element that displays supplementary information or navigation options, positioned vertically along one side of a main content window. It can contain items such as a list of files, application settings, contact lists, or advertising content. In many applications, the sidebar can be collapsed or hidden by the user to provide more space for the primary viewing area.
