Speech recognition

The technology that enables a computer or device to identify and convert spoken language into machine-readable text. It uses algorithms and acoustic modeling to process audio input, matching phonetic sounds to words in a predefined vocabulary. The resulting text can then be used as input for commands, dictation, or other applications.
