1. An entity that has applied for and received a certificate from a Certificate Authority.
2. An individual enrolled in the CSP identity service.
3. An entity that (1) is the subject named or identified in a certificate issued to such an entity, and (2) holds a private key that corresponds to a public key listed in that certificate.
4. The individual who is the subject named or identified in a Derived PIV Authentication certificate and who holds the token that contains the private key that corresponds to the public key in the certificate.
5. A Subscriber is an entity that (1) is the subject named or identified in a certificate issued to that entity, (2) holds a private key that corresponds to the public key listed in the certificate, and (3) does not itself issue certificates to another party. This includes, but is not limited to, an individual or network device
6. A party who has received a credential or authenticator from a CSP.
7. An individual applying for a Derived PIV Credential
8. A party who has received a credential or authenticator from a Credential Service Provider.
9. A party who has received a credential or token from a CSP.
