New England City and Town Area (NECTA) Division

A city or town, or group of cities and towns, delineated within a NECTA, provided that the NECTA contains a single core with a population of at least 2.5 million and other criteria are met. Each NECTA division consists of a main city or town that represents an employment center, plus adjacent cities and towns associated with the main city or town through commuting ties, and must contain a total population of 100,000 or more.
