Power of attorney

A legal authorization, in writing, from a U.S. Principal Party in Interest (USPPI) or Foreign principal party in interest (FPPI) stating that the agent has authority to act as the principal party's true and lawful agent for purposes of preparing and filing the Electronic Export Information (EEI) in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States.
