Application-Specific Allowance

Limited authorization granted in accordance with subsection (e)(4)(B)(iv) of the AIM Act for the production or import of a regulated substance for use in the specifically identified applications that are listed in that subsection and in accordance with the restrictions to be determined. An application-specific allowance does not constitute a property right.
