Calibration Blank

1. A sample of analyte-free media which is used to establish the low range of a calibration. (ORD).
2. A volume of reagent water or other reference matrix containing none of the analytes above the method detection limits. The calibration blank is a zero standard and can be used along with prepared standards to calibrate the instrument.
