The event by which the State or EPA completes and Environmental Indicators (EI) Evaluation verifying that the current human exposures are under control in accordance with guidance from EPA Headquarters. EI evaluations are performed on a facility-wide basis. Therefore, this event should only be linked to the entire facility and not to specific areas.\n\n2. A status code of YE should be entered when current human exposures under control has been verified. Based on a review of information contained in the EI determination, current human exposures are expected to be under control at the facility under current and reasonably expected conditions. This determination will be reevaluated when the Agency/State becomes aware of significant changes at the facility.",
