The event by which the State or EPA completes an Environmental Indicators (EI) Evaluation verifying that the migration of contaminated groundwater is under control in accordance with guidance from EPA Headquarters. EI evaluations are performed on a facility-wide basis. Therefore, this event should only be linked to the entire facility and not to specific areas.\n\n2. A status code of YE should be entered when migration of contaminated groundwater under control has been verified. Based on a review of information contained in the EI determination, it has been determined that migration of contaminated groundwater is under control at the facility. Specifically, this determination indicates that the migration of contaminated groundwater is under control, and that monitoring will be conducted to confirm that contaminated groundwater remains within the existing area of contaminated groundwater. This determination will be re-evaluated when the Agency becomes aware of significant changes at the facility.",
