Dehydrator

1. Device in which a liquid absorbent (including desiccant, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, or triethylene glycol) directly contacts a natural gas stream to absorb water vapor. [40 CFR 98.6 (CFR 2013)]

2. Any processing site engaged in the extraction of natural gas liquids from field gas, fractionation of mixed natural gas liquids to natural gas products, or both.

3. Any processing site engaged in the extraction of natural gas liquids from field gas, or the fractionation of mixed NGL to natural gas products, or a combination of both.

4. Device in which an absorbent directly contacts a natural gas stream and absorbs water in a contact tower or adsorption column (absorber).
