Dilution weight

1. Parameter in the HRS surface water migration pathway that reduces the point value assigned to targets as the flow or depth of the relevant surface water body increases.
2. A unitless parameter that adjusts the assigned point value for certain targets subject to potential contamination as a function of the flow or depth of the water body at the target. For the drinking water threat, use HRS Table 4 - 14 to assign a dilution - weighted population.
