Eligible response site exclusion

1. Eligible Response Site (ERS) Exclusion indicates that the Region has made a decision to exclude a site from the universe of sites eligible for Brownfields response. EPA can do this if they conduct or have conducted a PA or SI and, after consultation with the state, determine that the site qualifies for possible listing on the NPL.
